About The SeerBlogger | Artist | Student
I am the Seer, but I am also a Seeker. I am the teacher, but I am also a student. I am an omnist, but I am also an atheist. I walk down my path, but I follow the paths of others. "I am what I am not." - The Paradox of self. I firmly believe in the death of the author. Which is, to say, I believe that once something is made the original meaning is lost and it is left to the reader to decipher that meaning. This could be a whole new meaning, or they could of found what the author had meant. Either way, that is also how I view myself. I am a blank canvas that has been painted on by myself, my friends, my family, and even people whom I have never met and never will meet. My face is a mosaic mask that is always growing and forever changing. Is there a real me beneath all that flare and smoke? Maybe. However, does it really matter? Not really. After all, its better to enjoy art as how you see it than to be told what it is and how it sees itself. This is how I view all humans. We are all pieces of artwork that were created by where we were born, the people we've experienced, the genes passed onto us from our family, and too many other influences to list here as well. This is why I am not interested in the human form, but, rather, I am interested in the human soul and mind. I am sorry to say, but most people have a boring physical form to me, but have a beautiful tapestry for a soul that is hidden by flesh and uncovered through words and actions. Well tattoos, make-up, and outfits can give glimpses into that soul, none of these can give a view into the soul as well as words, actions, and art can. So embark on a journey of the soul with me. Let us both see the mosaic faces that we wear and watch how they change as we grow older and more beautiful together as fellow human beings. Wishing you always the best. So merry we meet and merry we part, The Forest Seer )O( |
